Safe Return for February Break

Building upon the successful required testing program following winter break, DCPS will implement mandatory COVID-19 testing following the February break.

DC Public Schools will be closed for February break from Monday, February 21 until Friday, February 25. All students and staff will be required to upload proof of a negative COVID-19 test result prior to returning to school on Monday, February 28. Test kits will be sent home with students and staff and test results will need to be uploaded by 9:00 pm on Sunday, February 27 at dcpsreopenstrong.com/testing.
