Join the Alice Deal School and Family Directory!

Every year the Alice Deal Community Association (ADCA) compiles a family directory that is available online, in print and as a mobile app. The database is secure and you can select how much information you share.

This directory is your go-to resource to contact student families, teachers, see team rosters, stay in touch with your old elementary school connections, and more!

Two key changes this year:

  1. AtoZConnect has changed their software. All families, new or returning, will need to register even if you created an account in a prior year.

  2. Teachers and staff are now included under "Staff Directory."

To register:

  • Go to alicedealms.membershiptoolkit.com and click “Register/Login” and then “Create Account.” Follow the prompts and complete the verification process. Once you have completed the verification, please fill out the Parent/Family and Student Information fields (including your child's assigned Team) and the Directory/Publish Preferences.

  • If you already have an account with another school that uses AtoZ/Membership Toolkit, you can use the same email and password to login, and then follow the numbered steps above.

  • You can also access the directory via an App. Make sure you first register online, then go to the app store on your smartphone and download AtoZ/MembershipToolkit App. Sign in using your email address and select Alice Deal Middle School. Now you’ll have the contact information for nearly all Deal families at your fingertips!

  • Please take a few minutes to do this now so we can make printed copies available as soon as possible.
