Roles Needed: 

🪩 Promotion Dance 

Wednesday June 12 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. - Set up & Decorate for Dance

Wednesday June 12 from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m - Dance Chaperones 

Wednesday June 12 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. - Dance Clean Up

For 8th grade parents that want to participate yet have questions on being a chaperone, please feel free to reach out. As I understand it you may not be in the same space as your child. 

🎓🎓 Promotion Celebrations

Support Needed for all Promotion Day Celebrations

Traffic Control: direct traffic in parking lot

Ushers: help guest get to seats 

Treats: hand out snacks and water
