The First Day of School Logistics

Tomorrow, we will welcome over 1,400 students back to school.  Our goal is to provide each student with their schedule as quickly as possible.  6th graders should not bring the blue schedule they received on Friday.  

The 7th and 8th graders will receive their Yondr Pouch as they receive their schedules.  6th graders will receive their Yondr Pouches on Tuesday, September 3.

Arrival

Students may arrive as early as 8:00 am on the first day of school.  We will begin the morning entry process at 8:10 am.

• 6th grade students will enter through the front west door and move directly to the auditorium. They will sit with their 1st period teacher. 

• 7th grade students will enter through the gym entrance and move directly to their 1st period class.  

• 8th grade students will enter through the main (center) doors and move directly to their 1st period class. Students will be directed to the east gallery stairs, so they don’t overlap with 6th grade students. 

To maintain a safe and orderly environment, we encourage families to avoid driving on Fort Drive during drop off and pick up.
