Support with Speech and Debate Needed

Are you passionate about helping students develop critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills? TheDeal Speech and Debate Team is looking for family members and/or teachers to serve as assistant coaches!  We want to make the debate program accessible to as many diverse students as possible.  To make that happen, we need a few more dedicated adults! No prior debate experience is necessary—just a willingness to support our students as they prepare for competitions, refine their arguments, and build confidence. The team meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 and attends approximately two tournaments a month (8-6 on Saturdays). If we have several volunteers, the commitments can be split between everyone. Please complete this FORM if interested.
