Strong Start

Our teachers and staff are committed to ensuring a Strong Start for the beginning of SY 22 -23. We want to co-create a safe and supportive school and classroom environment that is physically, emotionally, and identity safe, while creating a strong sense of community and belonging. Our school-wide student expectations are based on all students modeling Deal PRIDE! To support student agency, we will host student focus groups to co-create norms for Deal PRIDE in classrooms, halls/stairs, restrooms, the cafeteria, at recess (indoor and outdoor), and to/from school.
