Volunteer for Deal Beautification Day | August 10
As you head out for summer and think ahead, we invite our Alice Deal Community (current, outgoing and incoming) to come out on Saturday, August 10 from 9 AM until noon to help us spruce up our school grounds for SY 24-25. We will be sending communication on specific projects and needs closer to Deal Beautification Day 2024. Please sign up HERE to volunteer.
We'd love to have community resources and families that have experience with gardening or landscaping. If you are in the landscaping business or have experience with gardening at home or for fun, please reach out to adcanewfamiliesbelonghere@gmail.com
Popsicles with the Principal! | August 10
Rising 6th graders are invited to enjoy a sweet summer treat with Principal Neal on Saturday, August 10. Students will be able to ask questions, meet new faces and enjoy a cold summer treat! Volunteers will be needed to set up. Stay tuned for additional details. This is only for students. Parents of rising 6th graders are invited to support Beautification Day activities!

6th Grade and New to Deal 7th and 8th Grade Orientation | August 23
The mandatory orientation for 6th graders and New to Deal 7th and 8th graders and their families will take place on Friday, August 23. More details will be shared closer to the beginning of August.
During the orientations, 6th graders and New to Deal students will meet their teachers and visit all of their classes. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families will come to the auditorium for the Family Orientation.
