Cell Phones, Smart Watches, and Electronic Devices
During school hours (8:10 am - 3:15 pm) all cellphones / smart watches / electronic devices must be turned off.
All electronic devices must be turned off and placed inside their backpack once students have cleared security.
Devices and accessories (earphones, chargers, speakers, etc.) must be placed in the backpack as well. Students must secure their cellphone / accessories in their locked locker during the school day.
Students will be given permission to use a classroom phone or the Welcome Center phone to contact a parent/guardian if needed.
At no time will Deal MS or its staff be responsible for theft, loss or damage to cellphones or other electronic devices brought onto school property.
