School Supplies

The School Supply List is available HERE.  Students should not bring all their supplies on the first day of school.

Summer Reading Assignment

All Deal students are expected to complete a Summer Reading Assignment which will be collected by their English (ELA) teacher during the first week of school.  The Summer Reading Assignments can be found HERE.

Kids Ride Free Cards

The Kids Ride Free (KRF) program allows students to ride free on the Metrobus, Metrorail, and DC Circulator while traveling within the District.  You may request a Kids Ride Free card HERE. 

DC One Cards

The DC One Card is a consolidated credential designed to give access to DC government facilities and programs, including schools, recreation centers, libraries, and Metro.  You many request a DC One Card HERE.

The DCPS SY 24 - 25 calendar is available HERE.

Health/Dental Forms

Submit forms in person or to DealForms@k12.dc.gov. Medication must be dropped off by an adult and be accompanied by completed documentation from the physician.

Aspen

For Aspen support contact DealAspenHelp@k12.dc.gov.  6th graders will review Aspen during the second week of school.
