Are You Ready?

  • Attend Virtual Orientation: For ALL Grades Wednesday, August, 24, from 6:30-7:30 pm. Join the Zoom Meeting here.

  • School Supplies: Teachers will let students know when to bring their supplies to school. No need to overload them on the first day! See supply Lists here.

  • Kids Ride Free: Complete the 2022-2023 Kids Ride Free Form here. The Kids Ride Free (KRF) program allows students to ride for free on Metrobus, Metrorail, and the DC Circulator while traveling within the District. Note that KRF cards issued last year are valid through September 2022.

  • Vaccinations/Health Forms: Learn what vaccinations are required to attend DCPS here. Find fillable DCPS Universal Health forms here. Email your student health forms to dealforms@k12.dc.gov.

  • Test to Return: Follow DCPS' test to return protocols, find details here. Upload your test results on Sunday.

  • Summer Reading Assignments: Remind students to finish up their summer reading assignments!
