ADCA Seeks Parent Volunteers

The ADCA needs parent volunteers to help with the following programs.

  • Deal Gives Back: Lead community food drive on Nov 5, support donation needs within Deal community around the holidays. Connect with the National Junior Honor Society for service volunteers. (Ongoing)

  • Holiday Greens Sale: Generate volunteer signup and manage volunteers on-site. (Late Nov.)

  • Deal Gear: help inventory stock, design new gear items, and support Deal Gear sales at community events. (Ongoing)

  • Theater: stage manager, lighting & sound: tech crew lead volunteer, ticketing & marketing (Ongoing)

  • Athletics Coordinator: plan the end of season celebrations and announce Deal sports-related news in the Tuesday Roundup (Ongoing)

  • Communications: Manage the editing of Tuesday Roundup, (2 hours weekly Sun/Mon)

  • Fundraising: Draft messaging for the fall campaign, help support auction, seek corporate sponsorships and matching gifts. (Ongoing)

  • Anti-Bullying, Anti-Racism (ABAR)/Deal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Help build this program to share diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and real-life tools to support parents and students in our community.
