8th Grade Promotion Updates

We celebrate our 8th-grade students this week at Promotion. Promotion ceremonies will happen by team in the Deal auditorium.

• Douala – June 21 @ 10:00 am

• Leon – June 21 @ 1:00 pm

• Marvel – June 21 @ 3:00 pm

• Hamburg – June 22 @ 1:00 pm

• Waikikamukau – June 22 @ 3:00 pm

• Student attire should be “dressy” for the ceremony with dresses, ties, and dress shoes encouraged. Tickets will be given to students on Tuesday, June 20th and there will be a “will call” at the venue to address any missing tickets or concerns

• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony and walk, take public transportation, or ride-share to Deal. Parking will be reserved for staff and will not be available for visitors during the promotion ceremonies.

Promotion Live Streaming
To accommodate family and friends out of town, all promotion ceremonies will be live-streamed and available for later viewing on the Jackson Reed High School YouTube channel. Please feel free to share this link with your loved ones!
