Spring Assessments Technology Dry Run

On March 8, during Period 6, Deal students will participate in a technology dry run. This is the first step in preparation for DC Public Schools' Spring, 2022 State Assessments (PARCC and DC Science). During this technology dry run, students and staff will review the device guidelines, internet connectivity, network capacity, and start to become familiar with the PARCC app assessment tools. Additional information about the technology dry run will be shared with students by their teachers. 

To support your student after the technology dry run, please ask them about a tool they found helpful in the TestNav platform and open a conversation space about assessments for your students to share their thoughts, especially since assessments were waived for the past two years. Spring, 2022 State Assessments will take place at Deal starting the week of May 2. Additional information will be shared in the weeks to come.
