Opera Look-In on Wednesday at 7:00 pm

NEWorks Productions, a DC-based company, is providing the opera chorus for Andrea Bocelli’s 2021 World Tour for his Washington, DC performance December 12. Among several other songs, the chorus will be singing the “Brindisi” from Giacomo Guiseppe Verdi's La Traviata and “Nessun Dorma” and “O sole mio” from Puccini's Turandot. Deal students and one family member are invited to sit in on the rehearsal on Wednesday, December 8 from 7:00 until 8:00 pm. Participants will be able to observe and converse about the music, its analysis, and personal connections. Interested students should see Principal Neal on Monday or Tuesday to sign up.

NOTE: COVID protocols will be in place which includes mandatory masking at all times and proof of vaccination.
